Nicole Butz is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Business Partner for AMPLEXOR International since January 2009, Nicole has played a pivotal role in developing strategic training and organizational development plans, administering benefit programs, and evaluating company culture. Additionally, Nicole has been a member of the Board of Directors and Program Committee Chair at the St. Croix Valley Employers Association since August 2008, where responsibilities include chairing meetings, selecting topics and speakers, and participating in strategic planning. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at Sajan, and various HR positions at Federal Foam Technologies Inc. and Cardinal Health. Nicole holds an MBA in Business with a focus on Human Resources and a BS in Business Management from the University of South Dakota.
