Rebecca Roe (SMCâ„¢) has extensive experience in the business analysis, customer success management, implementation management, and account management fields. Rebecca began their career in 2004 as a Customer Account Executive at AXA. In 2007, they moved to BGL Group as a Team Manager. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at IRESS, first as an Implementation Consultant and then as a Regional Account Manager. In 2016, they joined i-nexus as an Implementation Manager. Finally, in 2017, they began working at Contigo Software Limited, where they have held the roles of Customer Success Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst. In 2022, they began working at Amphora as a Business Analyst.
Rebecca Roe (SMCâ„¢) has a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science from Coventry University, which they obtained between 2000 and 2003.
