Rachel O'Rourke is an experienced professional in administrative support and project management, currently serving as Secretary of the Board of Directors and project manager at Veterans 4 America First Institute since July 2021. In addition, Rachel works as a Research Contractor for American Philanthropic, focusing on individual donor and foundation research. Prior experience includes roles at Western Magnesium Corporation as an Administrative Assistant and at Media Research Center in various development positions. Rachel also has a background in theater costume creation as a Costume Shop Student Supervisor at Hillsdale College, where a Bachelor's Degree in English was earned.
