Birgitte van Steen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as a Senior HR-adviseur at Amphia since September 2023. Prior to this role, Birgitte was associated with Cosun Beet Company from January 2007 to September 2023, progressing through various positions including HR-manager and HR Advisor roles. Earlier experience includes a position as HR Advisor at CSM Suiker bv from January 2001 to September 2007. Birgitte holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from HAN University of Applied Sciences (2014), a bachelor's degree in Personnel Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences (2010), and has enhanced expertise through courses at Alba-academie.nl (2019) and Sioo (2023).
