With extensive experience in HR leadership spanning over two decades, Shilpa previously held the position of General Manager - HR at Bureau Veritas Group, where notable achievements included leading diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources at Ajmal Perfumes Manufacturing, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Violet Arch Capital Advisors, and General Manager-HR at Medley Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Shilpa's expertise encompasses employee life cycle management, organizational development, talent management, and strategic HR initiatives. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Strategic Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Shri JJT University.
