Luke Neilson has over 9 years of work experience, with their most recent role being a Senior Software Engineer at Amperity since March 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Appnique from 2012 to 2018, including Full-Stack Web Developer and Software Development Engineer. At Appnique, they designed and built a secure public-facing REST API, leveraged Apache Spark EMR clusters to extract model features and insights, and conducted administration of Ubuntu-based LAMP stack VMs on Amazon EC2 for hosting the marketing & product sites. Additionally, they worked as a Software Developer at Open Mobile Solutions from June to September 2011.
