Sandhyarani Dash has a diverse work experience that spans across various companies and roles.

Sandhyarani started their career at LTX-Credence as an IC Design and Validation Engineer, where they performed pre-silicon verification of FPGA based tester boards. Sandhyarani also developed a python-based GUI to track post-silicon validation of tester boards.

After that, they joined Intel Corporation as a Component Design Engineer, where they performed micro-architecture development, RTL design, and pre-Si verification of a DFx IP used for training and post-silicon validation of DRAM memory interfaces. Sandhyarani also optimized the IP design to reduce gate count. Later on, they became a Staff Firmware Engineer at Intel and worked with PHY and memory controller architecture and design teams to define firmware requirements for Intel client products. Sandhyarani led a team of firmware engineers for Intel client products with LPDDR5 memory interface. Sandhyarani'steam's innovative solutions helped reduce porting debt from previous projects and integrate DDR memory firmware as part of PHY IP.

Sandhyarani also had a role as an Instructor at Portland State University, where they co-taught the class "Post Silicon Electrical Validation" for two terms and received positive feedback from students about their content and teaching style.

Sandhyarani'smost recent work experience was at Ampere, where they worked as a Principal Engineer.

In 2019, Sandhyarani was a Doctoral Researcher at Portland State University. Sandhyarani developed a novel algorithm using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) network for accurate prediction of runners' race times by analyzing time series data from running logs. Sandhyarani also identified discontinuities/missing runs in the running log and deployed polynomial interpolation for missing data.

Sandhyarani Dash earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gujarat University from 2003 to 2007. Sandhyarani then pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Portland State University from 2007 to 2011. Currently, they are studying at Portland State University for a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Machine Learning, which started in 2021 and is expected to be completed in 2027.
