Carlos Flores is a Senior Software Development Engineer specializing in ADAS/AD at Ampere since July 2023. Prior to this role, Carlos served as a Research and Development Engineer at Navya Group from January 2022 to July 2023, and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at UC Berkeley PATH from June 2019 to July 2021. Carlos has extensive experience as a Research Engineer at Inria from November 2015 to June 2019, and also contributed as a Mechatronics Lecturer at Pôle Universitaire Léonard de Vinci in early 2017. Early career experiences include roles as a Mobile Applications Developer at Mobile Media Networks and a Research and Development Intern at Inria. Carlos began academic involvement as an Academic Tutor at Universidad Simón Bolívar from 2013 to 2014. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar and a degree from Mines Paris - PSL, completed between 2015 and 2018.
