Justin has over 25 years of experience and has held senior leadership roles across a range of industries with a focus on retail consumer marketing and product.

Justin leads the Retail Customer team at AMP and has responsibility for the end-to-end experience for retail customers across contemporary products including KiwiSaver, NZRT, and General Insurance. This includes fulfilling the brand promise to provide customers with ā€œa little helpā€ through marketing and communications, digital experience, product, and proposition, and help through the client advisory team.
