Mr. Hetz has been serving as chairman of the Board since August 2005.

As one of the founders of Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd, Mr. Hetz has been serving as a member of Alony Hetz Board of Directors and the company's CEO since its inception in November 1989.

Mr. Hetz further serves as a member of the Board of Directors at CARR Properties Corp.; First Capital Reality Inc. and PSP Swiss Property AG, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Energix Renewable Energies Ltd.

Mr. Hetz in a certified public accountant (CPA). He holds a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Economics and Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
