Ms. Terner has been serving as an independent director of Amot's Board of Directors since November 2021. She served as Director-General of the Ministry of Finance in 2020, and as Director-General of the Ministry of Transportation between 2016 and 2020. Previously, Ms. Terner served as Deputy Director-General and Senior VP of Infrastructure and Transportation Coordinator at the Ministry of Transportation. From 2004 to 2011, she held numerous positions in the Budget Division at the Ministry of Finance. Ms. Terner holds a master's degree in business administration (with a focus on financing and accounting) and a bachelor's degree (with distinction) in economics and business administration, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
