Gavin Simons is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial litigation and corporate restructuring and insolvency. Since May 2012, Gavin has served as a Partner at AMOSS LLP, leading the practice in these areas. Prior to this role, Gavin was a Solicitor at Daniel Murphy Solicitors from January 2011 to April 2012 and held the position of Partner and Head of Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency at ByrneWallace between June 2008 and December 2010. Gavin began the career as an Associate Solicitor at Eugene F. Collins from July 1997 to April 2008. Academic qualifications include an LL.B. in Law from the University of Galway (1994-1997) and a B.A. in Arts from the same university, alongside studies at Technological University Dublin.
