Samuel Nikhilson has over three years of professional experience. Samuel began their career in 2020 as a Software Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where they worked on a project to improve IT data usage by building a robust unified data source for data exploration and easy retrieval of critical information. The platform was built on the Hadoop ecosystem with HDFS as the primary data storage, and they managed the transformation of data from source to destination system. In 2023, they joined Amnet Digital as a Junior Data Engineer.

Samuel Nikhilson obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology & Reserch Academy (SASTRA), Thanjavur between 2016 and 2020. Samuel has also obtained three additional certifications from Udemy: The Ultimate Hands-On Hadoop: Tame your Big Data! in October 2022, Hive to ADVANCE Hive (Real time usage) :Hadoop querying tool in October 2020, and Python for Data Science and Machine Learning Bootcamp in March 2020.
