Cory Ruf is a skilled media professional with extensive experience in communications and journalism. Currently serving as a Media Officer at Amnesty International Canada since August 2022, Cory previously worked as a Writer and Editor at the Aga Khan Museum from January 2020 to February 2022. Prior roles include Advocacy and Media Engagement Officer, Communications Officer, and Communications Coordinator at Dying With Dignity Canada from February 2015 to January 2020. Cory began a career at CBC as a Reporter/Editor from October 2012 to December 2014, contributing to local news stories for the web in the organization's first digital-only bureau.
