Beth (Regan) Kisielius has a wealth of experience in the healthcare staffing industry. Beth started their career at CareerStaff Unlimited, where they served as an Area Vice President and later as an Area Director. During their time there, they designed and implemented a successful managed service program, achieving significant cost reductions. Beth then joined Caritas Christi Health Care as the Director of Recruitment, where they were responsible for system-wide recruitment strategy and management. Beth later moved on to Veritude, where they served as the Director of Recruitment. Most recently, Beth has been with AMN Healthcare, where they have held various roles, including Vice President of Business Development for Integrated Workforce Solutions. In their current role at AMN Healthcare, Beth is involved in developing new clients and providing total talent solutions for healthcare organizations.
