San Ching is a seasoned professional in the field of nutrition sciences, holding a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from The Ohio State University, earned between 1993 and 2000. Currently serving as the Technical Research Manager at Amlan International, a subsidiary of Oil-Dri Corporation of America, since September 2013, San Ching is responsible for technical support and research and development. Prior experience includes a position as a Research Scientist at Metallopharm LLC.
