Riste Damjan Kelepurovski is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in financial crime prevention and operational management. Currently serving as Head of KYC Operations and Head of Financial Crime Prevention Operations at Danske Bank since September 2019, Riste oversees complex operations across six countries and leads a team of over 2000 employees. Previous roles include Head of KYC Operations at Nordea, managing a team of 300+ in the fight against financial crime, and various leadership positions at Falck Global Assistance and Recall focused on process improvement, project management, and operational efficiency. Riste began a career in aviation security with DHL Aviation and Securitas, where expertise in developing security standards and managing operations was honed. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Leadership from Copenhagen Business.
