Dr. Shalaghya Sharma holds a PhD in Management and an MBA in Marketing and Finance. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Amity University since July 2024, Dr. Sharma is also a management trainer specializing in sustainable entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship at NIESBUD. As the Founder and President of Samahit Foundation since January 2016, Dr. Sharma focuses on women's empowerment and child welfare through skill development and education, while actively seeking partnerships for CSR projects. Previous academic roles include Assistant Professor positions at Jain University and IILM University, along with visiting faculty appointments. Dr. Sharma has significant experience in project management and brand engagement, having held roles at Sudarshan News and Neutral Publishing House Ltd.
