Evan Phelps serves as a Partner at Amin Talati Wasserman, LLP since April 2020, focusing on delivering exciting opportunities for clients. In addition, Evan holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Law at George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School, where teaching centers on FDA Law. Prior experience includes serving as Principal at Olsson Frank Weeda Terman Matz PC from 2001 to April 2020 and as an Officer in the US Army from January 1987 to October 1998, where responsibilities involved executive leadership and management in combat arms command related to national security operations. Evan Phelps earned a Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School between 1998 and 2001, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Trinity University from 1983 to 1987.
