Andrew Baumann is a seasoned transactional and business lawyer currently serving as a Senior Attorney at Amin Talati Wasserman, LLP since October 2022. With extensive experience in the legal representation of financial institutions, Andy has focused on corporate, commercial contract, finance, and real estate needs throughout their career. Previously, as a Senior Attorney at L&G Law Group LLP, Andy represented middle-market banks and credit unions, specializing in complex finance transactions and secured lending. Andrew's earlier roles include providing comprehensive legal assistance to banks and leasing companies at Carlson Dash, LLC and Tishler & Wald, Ltd., as well as supporting fair housing initiatives during a legal internship at The John Marshall Law School. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Cornell University.
