Jamel McConico is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Underwriting Team Manager at Amica Insurance since January 2022, Jamel previously held the role of General Manager at AmeriLife, where responsibilities included educating consumers on life, health, and annuity products. Prior experience includes managing the largest location at Love's Travel Stops as Operations Manager and overseeing three Waffle House restaurants in Operations Management with full P&L accountability. Jamel began a career in law enforcement as a Deputy Sheriff at Fayette County Sheriff's Office. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and dual Bachelor's degrees in Office Administration and Business Administration from Valdosta State University.
