Harold Lemos is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prestigious hospitality organizations. As Culinary Director at Amica Senior Lifestyles since May 2022, Harold previously held positions as Director of Culinary at Compass Group and Executive Chef at Rosewood Hotel Georgia. With a career spanning over two decades, notable roles include Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef at Jumeirah Group, as well as Sous Chef at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Chef De Cuisine at Jebel Ali Hotel & Golf Resort. Harold began their culinary journey as an Assistant Chef at Taj Mahal Hotel in India. Harold holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the University of Mumbai and has received certifications enhancing culinary expertise.
