Cindy du Plessis-White is an experienced professional in operations and management within the senior living sector. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Amica Senior Lifestyles since March 2023, Cindy previously held various leadership roles at Revera Inc. from 2014 to 2023, including Regional Director of Operations, Executive Director, and Regional Director of Sales. Earlier experience includes positions at Chartwell Retirement Residences as a Marketing & Sales Manager and a Lifestyle Consultant. Cindy's career began in 2003 with Chartwell Seniors Housing REIT, progressing from Office Manager to Concierge and Administrative Support, along with volunteer work at the Alzheimer's Society. Cindy holds a B.Comm in Business from Nipissing University and has completed studies in Business Administration and Social Services with a focus on Gerontology.
