Miream Sierra, MBA, currently serves as the Special Projects and Human Resources lead at Amherst Innovative Living, LLC since June 2023. Previously, Miream was the Senior Program Executive at Be Strong International, overseeing operations and finance from January 2021 to June 2023, and served as President and CEO of ASPIRA of Florida from January 2018 to October 2020, leading educational initiatives across multiple counties. Additionally, Miream has experience as an Executive Business Development and Financial Consultant in private practice, as well as administration roles at Borinquen Health Care Center and Memorial Healthcare System, where customer relations and patient experience were prioritized. Earlier in the career, Miream directed pension plan development at New England Financial. Miream holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University and an MBA in Management from Albizu University.
