Heather facilitates knowledge-sharing and acquisition among Wilder Research staff. She manages the research library, conducts literature reviews, and responds to information requests.

Heather joined Wilder Research in 1993. She has a bachelor's degree in sociology and anthropology from Carleton College and a master's degree in library and information science from Dominican University/Saint Catherine University.
