Alyssa Gem Fabi, CIE, currently serves as an Industrial Engineer in Business Development at AMH Philippines, Inc., since February 2023. Prior to this role, Alyssa was a Quality Control Supervisor at M.A. TECHNOLOGY, INC., from May 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included planning and implementing QC activities and establishing procedures for system improvement. Alyssa began their career as an Internship Trainee/Jig Engineer at HAYAKAWA ELECTRONICS (PHILS), CORP., in June 2019, focusing on time studies and applying various problem-solving tools in the jig department. Alyssa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Cavite State University, completing the program in 2020.
