Yash Kandoi is a skilled engineering professional with significant experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Amgen since January 2025, Kandoi previously held the role of Engineer III in Manufacturing Science and Technology at Seres Therapeutics from June 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included managing product scale-up, process optimization, and technology transfer. Prior experience also includes a role as Process Development Engineer at Frontida BioPharm, where Kandoi was the technical lead on product development projects and engaged in various activities from equipment procurement to developing robust process parameters using quality by design principles. Kandoi has also contributed as a QA Documentation Specialist at Akorn, Inc., and held leadership positions in student organizations, including President of the Stevens Student Chapter of ISPE.
