Carlos Garcia is an accomplished Executive Director with extensive experience in global operations, logistics, and supply chain management within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently at Amgen since February 2004, Carlos has held multiple executive roles overseeing global distribution, external planning and delivery, and supply chain operations across various regions, including Europe and the Intercontinental region. Previous experience at Eli Lilly and Company involved leadership in US distribution operations and manufacturing in Europe. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Butler University's Lacy School of Business.
