Ai Ching Lim is an experienced professional in the field of protein science, currently serving as Associate Vice President at Amgen since 2005, where responsibilities include leading the Discovery Protein Science group and supporting discovery reagents for biologics and small molecule programs across multiple sites. Previous roles include Executive Director and Director at Amgen, where Ai Ching managed various groups focused on biomolecule characterization and purification, contributing to projects in Inflammation and Oncology. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal Scientist at Compound Therapeutics, Group Leader at Phylos, and Senior Scientist at Incyte Pharmaceuticals, with a strong background in assay development, high-throughput characterization, and genotyping platforms. Ai Ching Lim holds a PhD in Chemistry from Caltech and a BA in Chemistry from Haverford College.
