Dr. Anja Tabbert-Zitzler currently serves as the Head of Medical Science Liaison at Amgen Deutschland since May 2024, previously holding the position of Senior Medical Advisor for Cardiovascular at Amgen from July 2016 to May 2024. Dr. Tabbert-Zitzler started a career in the pharmaceutical industry at Daiichi Sankyo Deutschland GmbH, where roles included Medical Advisor for Antikoagulation, New Products & ACS, and New Products & Osteoporosis from May 2009 to June 2016. Prior to this, experience includes working as a Study Coordinator at Daiichi Sankyo Europe GmbH and as a Study Manager at Serono GmbH. Academic credentials include a Doctorate in Natural Sciences specializing in Molecular Toxicology from the University of Konstanz and a Diplom in General Biology from the same institution. Early education was completed at Adolf-Reichwein-Gymnasium Heusenstamm.
