Julio C. Fernandez, Ph.D., currently serves as a Global Quantitative Analyst and Portfolio Manager at AMG National Trust Bank, a position held since July 2008, and previously worked as a Private Equity Analyst. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Lead Developer at CSC and Senior Developer positions at 3t Systems, SSI North America, and Ion Idea. Julio C. Fernandez holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics with a focus on Econometrics and Macroeconomics, as well as a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder, an MBA, and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
