Joseph Brain is an experienced professional in the field of estimating and cost management, currently serving as Principal Estimator for Transport Infrastructure at Amey since December 2021. Prior to this role, Joseph held positions including Head of Estimating at Quinn Infrastructure and Director and Senior Commercial Estimator at RPS. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Estimator at Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure, Estimator at Kier Infrastructure and Overseas Ltd, and Estimator at Owen Pugh. Joseph began a career in civil engineering as an Estimating Technician with Durham County Council, focusing on project management and design within County Durham's infrastructure projects.
