Megan Scarbath is a seasoned professional in employer branding and marketing with diverse experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Talent Brand at American Express Global Business Travel since November 2022, Megan has successfully developed and launched branding initiatives for INclusion Groups. Previously, at TD SYNNEX, Megan functioned as the Global Employer Brand Marketing Specialist, where significant projects included launching unified branding efforts and enhancing candidate engagement through strategic marketing solutions. Earlier roles at Tech Data, University of Central Florida, and Baltimore Gas & Electric showcased Megan's skills in social media management, customer experience enhancement, and innovative marketing strategies.
