Brede Aksdal Sørland has work experience with three different companies. From 2022 onwards, they have worked as a Business Analytics Consultant at Amesto NextBridge. Prior to that, they worked at Uloba SA as a Personal Assistant (PA) from August 2016 to July 2020, and then again from August 2020 to 2022. Additionally, they also worked at Bufetat as a Respite Foster Carer from March 2016 to August 2020, and then from August 2020 to 2022.

Brede Aksdal Sørland has a solid educational background in the field of bioinformatics. In 2022, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Bioinformatics from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2020, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics at the University of Bergen (UiB).

In addition to their academic qualifications, Brede Aksdal Sørland has also obtained several certifications from Microsoft. In September 2022, they became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate. Brede Aksdal also acquired the certification of Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate in the same month. Later, in March 2023, they earned the Microsoft Certified: Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate certification.
