Kjetil Fochsen Ellestad serves as the Chairman of the Board for multiple Amesto subsidiaries, including Amesto TOPTEMP, Amesto People & Culture, Amesto Aces, and Amesto People Technology, while also holding the position of CEO for Amesto People Holding since November 2020. From February 2016 to December 2023, Kjetil was the CEO of TOPTEMP, a recruiting and staffing service. Kjetil's previous roles include Managing Director at Nokas CMS AS, Business Development Director at Nokas AS, and Management Consultant at Ellestad Consulting. Kjetil holds an MBA from SKEMA Business School and a Cand.mag degree in Economics, Law, and Political Sciences from the University of Oslo.
