Karlene Gordon, CDE®, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Ameris Bank since July 2018, following their roles as Vice President and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to joining Ameris Bank, Karlene held various positions at LivePerson, including HR Business Partner and Global Payroll Manager, where responsibilities encompassed change management and payroll compliance. Additional experience includes roles as HR Generalist at Randstad, Human Resource Associate at Rockefeller Brothers Fund, and Benefits Administrator at HR Dynamics, among others. Karlene began their career in human resources with Mosaica Education, Inc. and TACT, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queens College, 1994-2001.
