Lucia Bruno is an experienced attorney with a specialization in health law. Lucia has held various roles throughout their career, including Director and Senior Legal Counsel at AmeriHealth Caritas, where they provided counsel to the executive leadership and led cross-functional teams. Lucia has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Health Law at Widener University School of Law and Temple University, teaching regulatory compliance and hospital management topics. Additionally, Lucia has worked as an Associate General Counsel at Medical Diagnostic Laboratories and as a Principal Shareholder at Physicians' Legal Group, where they advised healthcare providers on regulatory compliance, reimbursement, and corporate structuring. Prior to these roles, they gained experience as an Attorney at Post and Schell, PC, and White and Williams, LLP.

Lucia Bruno has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Villanova University, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. Lucia then pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Widener University Schools of Law, from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they completed an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management, General at Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business, spanning from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, Lucia Bruno attended Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law for a short period to obtain an LL.M. degree in Trial Advocacy.
