Loretta Lenko is an experienced leader in the healthcare and automotive industries, currently serving as President of the Exchange Segment at AmeriHealth Caritas since April 2022, where Loretta leads the expansion of ACA products for members. Previously, at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Loretta held roles including Senior Director of Individual Exchange Operations, where transformation of sales and marketing processes to cloud-based systems was achieved. Earlier positions include extensive leadership and project management roles at Delphi and General Motors, including Senior Manager of Business Process Reengineering and Industrial Engineering Group Manager, respectively. Loretta holds a Master's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree from Kettering University.
