Nathan Harwell serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary at Americold Logistics, LLC, since September 2023, overseeing legal affairs for a leading global entity in temperature-controlled logistics. Previously, Nathan held the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at U.S. Xpress, Inc. from January 2020 to July 2023. Nathan's extensive legal career includes serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Rinnai America Corporation, Senior Legal Counsel at Medtronic, Senior Counsel at Exide Technologies, Division Counsel at DR Horton, Associate at Hobgood & Rutherford LLC, and Associate at King & Spalding. Nathan holds a Doctor of Law degree from Mercer University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Carson-Newman University.
