Kim Welch

Director of Training and Onboarding at America's Call Center

Kim Welch has worked for three companies in their career. Kim began at Sprint PCS in 1997 as a Customer Care Team Lead. In 2005, they moved to America's Call Center, where they served as both Director of Training and Onboarding and Team Lead. Kim also worked at America's Call Center - Inspector Office Solutions as a Team Lead.

Kim Welch attended Northwest Missouri State University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education.
