Michael Ullmann possesses extensive experience in leadership and legal expertise, having served as a member of the Board of Directors at Americares since January 2019. Prior to this role, Michael was with Johnson & Johnson for over three decades, holding the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Executive Committee Member until January 2023, while also occupying various senior leadership positions within the company. Michael Ullmann earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from Columbia University.
