Matt Petree is the Director of Property Development for AmeriCare Health & Retirement. Upon joining the company in 2011, he lead the development of the Memory Care Suites facility at Silvergate Fallbrook, which opened its doors in 2012. He currently leads all efforts to develop and/or acquire future retirement projects for the company. Prior to joining AmeriCare, he worked as a management consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte Consulting, and BearingPoint, Inc. Mr. Petree received his MBA from George Washington University in 2008.
