Thomas B. is a seasoned senior leader with extensive experience in product and engineering management. At John Crane since 2020, Thomas B. oversees a matrixed team of over 120 professionals, focusing on software development life cycle (SDLC), objectives and key results (OKRs), product engineering, and research and development project management. Previously, between 2015 and 2020, Thomas B. led the development of a core SaaS product at Kenari Adaptive Learning Inc., successfully delivering an adaptive e-learning solution that excelled in user experience, quality, security, and scalability while adhering to budgetary constraints. Thomas B. holds a Master's degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Kettering University.
