André Carregal is an experienced manager with a strong background in UX Design, UX Research, and UX Writing, currently overseeing teams at americanas s.a. since November 2013. André has a proven track record in enhancing decision-making processes through A/B testing and managing analytics, which contributed significantly to the company's financial success. Previous roles include managing product and IT teams focused on promotional systems at americanas.s.a., as well as positions at Interlegere AN, Fabrica Digital, LMF/PUC-Rio, and MLAB/Neoris, where André developed and managed various digital products and projects. André holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
