Faisal Islam is an experienced director with a strong background in engineering operations and quality assurance within the healthcare technology sector. At Amwell since October 2018, Faisal has led onshore and offshore development, quality assurance, and project management teams, overseeing a platform that accommodates over 100,000 patient visits monthly. Previously, Faisal held the position of Director of QA, where oversight of manual and automation testing for the Clinical platform ensured high-quality product delivery. At Avizia, Faisal expanded the QA organization from one to eight members, implementing a tailored automation framework while fostering cross-functional collaboration for seamless project execution.
