Ryan Ural is an experienced professional in the water utility sector, currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at American Water since March 2019. Prior to this role, Ryan held key positions such as Executive Projects Coordinator and Production Superintendent at New Jersey American Water from December 2014 to March 2019. Ryan's career also includes serving as Field Operations Superintendent and Construction Engineer at American Water from November 2007 to December 2014, as well as Engineering & Construction Manager at The York Water Company between July 1999 and November 2007. Ryan Ural obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University, graduating in 1998.
