Patrick Kerr has extensive experience in the water utility industry, currently serving as the Immediate Past-President of the American Water Works Association since June 2023, following a tenure as President. Since June 1994, Patrick has held the positions of Chair of the Board of Directors, CEO, and President at Baton Rouge Water Company, which provides municipal water service to approximately half a million residents in the Baton Rouge area. Previous experience includes serving as a Part 135 Captain at Baton Rouge Air Charter from November 1994 to May 1998, and as a Captain in Aviation for the US Army from August 1984 to July 1994. Patrick holds an MBA from Louisiana State University and a BSBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
