Kathryn Hayes is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in accounts receivable and financial management. Currently serving as a Staff Accountant at the American Veterinary Medical Association since October 2017, Kathryn's responsibilities include bank statement reconciliation, financial statement preparation, budget assistance, month-end closing, and audit support. Previous roles included Accounts Receivable Lead Accountant, overseeing accounts receivable functions and tax preparation, and Accounts Receivable Accountant at the American Society of Anesthesiologists. Earlier experience includes working as a Bookkeeper at First Community Bank of Elgin, focusing on balancing, reconciliation, and fraud investigation.
