Larry K. has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Purchasing at American Veterinary Group since October 2024. Previously, Larry held the position of Director of Procurement at US Eye, as well as Principal Owner at Tradewinds Supply Chain Consulting LLC, where services focused on optimizing supply chains for Caribbean resorts. Significant accomplishments include leading cost-saving initiatives at Travelopia, saving over $700K across multiple categories, and redesigning supply chain processes at American Signal Company, resulting in 13% cost reduction on a $6M annual spend.
