Ginnie Khamvongsa

Change Enablement Specialist at American University

Ginnie Khamvongsa has over 15 years of experience in technical support and training roles. Currently serving as a Change Enablement Specialist, Technical Trainer, and Help Desk Team Lead at American University since July 2011, Ginnie oversees Help Desk operations and provides training for staff. Previously at Fannie Mae as an IT Support Specialist II, Ginnie supported the Capital Markets division, and at the Graduate Management Admission Council, Ginnie served as Technology Coordinator, delivering desktop support to employees both locally and remotely. Ginnie began their career as a Teller at Northwest Federal Credit Union and holds ongoing education from American University, with prior studies at Northern Virginia Community College and a high school diploma from Potomac Senior High School.
